After School Intervention (ASI) will begin this week. ASI is held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:50 until 4:05 in room 2D.
Western Michigan University visit – Sept. 22nd at 1:30 pm. Delta College visit – Sept. 23rd at 11:00 am. Michigan Tech visit – Sept. 24 at 8:30 am, and Alma College at 11:00 am on the 24th. Please sign up in the Career Center if you are interested in meeting with these college reps.
The boys & girls cross country teams took home 3 trophies over homecoming weekend. The teams competed at the Harrison Invite where both teams finished in 1st place, which earned Bullock Creek the co-ed champions trophy as well.
On the boys side, our top 5 runners all finished in the top 7 places. Spencer Waldmann finished in 1st place, Brennan Mudd finished in 3rd, Levi Gagne finished in 4th, Bob Burdick finished in 6th, and Thatcher Trudell finished in 7th. Our other varsity runners for the meet included Joe Sira, who took 13th, and DJ Parkinson, who took 20th. Great job!
For the girls – Marissa Lashuay was meet champion for the 2nd time this season while Yu Mei Anderson took 3rd, Angie Lenon finished 8th, Kayleen Kindy was 13th, Bailie Gagne was 15th, and Laura Valliere finished in 17th place. The team runs this Saturday at the Delta Invitational.
