Attention athletes: If you are interested in playing a winter sport, you must sign up in the main office as soon as possible.
Students: Those of you who filled out an application to work with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the applications are DUE TODAY! If you are unsure where to turn it in you may put it in Mrs. Landon’s mailbox in the main office.
Attention Sophomores: There will be a full class meeting on Monday, October 5th in the auditorium. The meeting begins at 12:55 until 1:25. Students will be released by announcement. Be sure to report to class for attendance. Students are asked to bring a pen or pencil.
Davenport University will be here on Tuesday, October 6th, at 1:00 pm to speak with any Juniors or Seniors interested in attending there. Please sign up in the Counseling office to meet with the representative.
Students interested in playing basketball: Open gym for boys is Sunday from 4:30 to 5:45 and for girls, it is 6:00 to 7:15. Any questions see Mr. Freeland in room 7D.
The Volleyball teams will be having a “Pledging For Pink” night on Wednesday, October 21st at our home volleyball match with Alma. You can order this year’s “pink” night t-shirt during both lunches until Oct 7th. They are $10 again this year. You can also pick up an order form in the main office on Mrs. Huntoon’s desk. Be sure to pre-order them – we will NOT be ordering a large quantity to sell!
Reminder: Sign up for the NHS blood drive at both lunches or in the main office. The drive is Friday, October 16th in our main gym during school hours. First time donors need to fill out a green form. 16 year olds require a parent signature. All forms are due Monday!
