“Nature at Night” at the Chippewa Nature Center will take place this Friday and Saturday evening (October 23 and 24) from 6-8:30 p.m. Come enjoy this event for the whole family where kids of all ages can enjoy the wonders of night time. Inside the Visitor Center, you can visit the Sky Lab, play games, watch a puppet show, enjoy live music and check out the Wildlife Viewing Area. You can visit stations at your own pace, exploring fun night topics such as nocturnal mammals, including bats! When you’re ready to head out into the dark, you can listen to stories by the wigwam, walk a Jack O’ Lantern lit trail (carved by our very own middle school art students), and play more games! Kids, remember to dress up in your nature-themed costume. It is sure to be a fun evening! This is a free event and no registration is required.
Have a wonderful weekend!
