The 8th grade girls basketball team played a tough game last night vs. Hemlock. Leading the way for the Lady Lancers was Haylee Luebke with her numerous rebounds both on the offensive and defensive ends and Tristan Wilber-Gauthier with her will and determination out on the court. The girls play again tonight at home vs. Ovid-Elsie. Hope to see everyone there.
The 7th grade girls basketball team lost to Hemlock last night. Lauren Bradford led the team with 8 points and 13 rebounds. Carolina Kern scored 2 points with 4 rebounds. Sakina Ouda also contributed 6 rebounds. The Lancers play tonight, home against Ovid Elsie at 4:30.
Congrats to the following on their wins last night vs St Louis and Freeland. Austin Fodo got us on the board first with 2:44 pin in the second period. Jackson Lambert pinned his opponent in :29 seconds in the first period. Tyler Kutzke picked up another win with a 2:57 pin in the second period. Donavin Wilcox got him a win by pinning his opponent in just :40 seconds of the first period. Also winning their exhibition matchers were Brayden Harsh with a 3 period pin. Tony Mangino with a second period pin. Good job guys. There will be no practice the rest of the week, so enjoy your Thanksgiving and don’t eat to much.
