The 7th grade basketball B-Team just came up a little short in last night’s game vs. Freeland. The final score was 33-41. Kody Simmons led the way for the Lancers, scoring a team high 10 points. Kaleb Sturgeon and Aiden Nestle both worked hard in the paint, pulling down several rebounds. Great job boys! The 7th grade basketball A-Team revenged their loss earlier in the season to Freeland, getting a big win with a 50-34 victory. Our Lancers got off to a hot start and never looked back. KeltynOwen hit a big three pointer in the fourth quarter to keep the momentum on our side. Elijah Carey and Seth Bradford both played key roles in our defensive schemes, creating turnover after turnover. Great job boys! Both teams have a record of 5 wins and 2 losses. Their next game is Tuesday at Chesaning.
Spirit Day tomorrow-8th wear Pink, 7th wear White and 6th wear Red.
Dance tomorrow from 2:30-4. Cost is $3, with refreshments sold in the cafeteria. Students remember school dress code and rules apply to the Dance.
