Seniors, scholarships were recently updated on the BC website. They are also posted in the Lancer Lounge and on the D-wing bulletin board. Remember that the Midland Area Community Foundation applications are due February 29.
There is a new scholarship specifically for a Bullock Creek senior. The Curtis and Barbara Shaffner Family Scholarship is valued at $1,000 and will be awarded to a student pursuing an education in a field supporting the home building industry or commercial/industrial trade. Students can apply by February 29 at www.midlandfoundation.org.
The 8th annual “Share the Memories” free prom dress give away event will be held at THE NORTH MIDLAND FAMILY CENTER on March 17 & 18 from 3 – 9 pm, AND on March 19 from 10 am to 1 pm. Prom is April 30 at The H Hotel in Midland.
