JV Softball practice will begin Monday, March 14 at 3:00 in the main gym.NHS is hosting a BLOOD DRIVE on Friday, March 18. The sign-up sheet is available during lunches. If you are a new donor, be sure to fill out a green sheet and turn it in to the main office by this Friday. Donors must be at least 110 pounds and 17 years old (or 16 with a parent signature). For best results, make sure to eat food that increases your iron the week before and drink plenty of fluids. Be sure to eat a healthy breakfast on the day of the drive.
