- Juniors who have to make-up the M-STEP assessment as part of the MME testing that took place last week will need to report to the Distance Learning Room during first hour on Friday. A list of students who need to take the M-STEP Make-Up tests is posted outside the main office window.
- Prom tickets will be sold during both lunch hours next Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, April 25, 26 & 27. Tickets will cost $30 per person. If you are bringing a guest from another school, you must have a completed Visitor Dance Pass before purchasing tickets. Pictures will begin at 6:30, dinner is at 7:30, pizza at 10 p.m., and the king/queen crowning is at 10:30 p.m. Prom ends at 11 p.m.
- Attention Junior NHS members. Are you interested in being an NHS officer – President, VP, Secretary or Treasurer? If you would like your name on the ballot, the sign-up sheet is in the main office. Please sign up by this Friday, April 22.
- All students are invited to attend the STEM Night TONIGHT at the high school from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Admission is free! Come and join the fun!
- Do you like Tropical Smoothies? Enjoy going to the movies? Wouldn’t you love a FREE parking spot next year? If so,TOMORROW is YOUR lucky day! It’s a YEARBOOK CELEBRATION!! Order a yearbook and get entered into our raffle for some awesome prizes! Participate in our mini-competitions at lunch and get the chance to enter into that raffle a second time! Wear your Lancer apparel to show your pride for your club or sport and be on the lookout for our staff to be snapping pictures of you! It’s ALL happening tomorrow, so get ready Lancers!!!
- Hey Freshmen and Sophomores! Prom is coming…wait that’s just for upperclassmen! Instead, we are going to have a MORP dance. A little like prom, but it is for the freshmen and sophomores and they can invite seniors and juniors if they choose. It will be a semi-formal dance–meaning no tuxes, and no jeans!–and the dance only costs $5 per person. Morp will be THIS Friday, April 22 from 8-10. See you all there!
- Next week Creekers for a Cause will be having a pay it forward week. Paying it forward is all about people embracing the incredible power of giving. Monday will be Superhero Day. Tuesday is Be a Friend Day so dress up as twins with your bestie. Wednesday will be Wacky Compliment Wednesday so dress up in the wackiest, tackiest clothing you can find and then give compliments to others. Thursday is the big Pay It Forward Day so wear green, the official color, and carry out a random acts of kindness. Friday will top it off with Read a Child a Book Day so dress up as a character from a book.
