BCMS News & Notes

Greetings,
Welcome to the end of the school year.  The weather has turned beautiful and the kids are ready to begin summer vacation.  The next few days are still very important so please hang in there.  Here is what is going on next week.
*June 3 – HS Graduation @ 7:00pm
*June 6 – 8th Grade Recognition 6:30 @ BCHS Auditorium (practice for the 8th grade will be at the
end of the school day on Monday and we’ll be dismissing those students from the High
                School)
*June 7 – Mackinaw Island for the 8th grade (6am – 6pm)
*June 8 – Greenfield Village for 6th grade
*June 8 – 7th grade field day (afternoon)
*June 9 – Last day – Dismissal @ 11:00
The weather continues to look warm next week.  Please respect the dress code.  The most common issues right now are the length of shorts (bottom hem must be no shorter than a pop can’s length from the center of the knee) and all shirts must have a sleeve and cover the shoulder.
Several great sports camps are going on this summer.  See attachments.
Here is a message from Coach Freeland…
“Reminder to all boys and girls interested in participating
in basketball next school year there is an opportunity to
participate in the Bullock Creek Summer Basketball Program
at the high school beginning next Monday, June 13th.”
There is a form for the HS camp that is labeled “girls” but it will actually be for both boys and girls.
Coach MacLachlan…
The Bullock Creek Middle School Cross Country Team is looking 6th,
7th, and 8th grade boys and girls for the fall season. Cross country
is an awesome opportunity to challenge yourself, get in shape, and
meet new friends. No previous running experience is needed. Check out
the flyer for more information!
Have a wonderful last week of school!
