Greetings,
We’ve had a busy week here at the middle school and next week will be no exception. Our MS art class has been busy carving some very creative pumpkins to decorate the Chippewa Nature Center’s trails for the weekend. Should you have an opportunity to attend the CNC’s Nature at Night program, happening Friday and Saturday evening you’ll get to see their great carvings.
There is NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, November 8 due to staff professional development.
*November 1 – Picture retakes and vision screening for 7th grade.
Monday, October 31st is the day students are allowed to be dressed for Halloween. The staff if very excited to be participating and will be wearing some amazing costumes. Clues to the theme this year have been buried in the WIKI pages. Please spend some time looking over the WIKI for a chance at solving the mystery.
Please remember that student costumes must comply with the dress code. This includes no masks, blood and guts, or weapons.
In response to the recent issues with the creepy clowns, students are NOT allowed to dress up as clowns this year. This is a district wide mandate.
We currently have a school-wide fundraiser in progress. All money and forms are due back on or before November 21st.
Have a great weekend and I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday!
