- May 9th – 7th grade M Step Testing
- Science test will be taken in students scheduled Science class
- May 11th – Robotics meeting, 2:30 – 4:45 pm
- May 12th – 5th grade orientation
- May 18th – MS Band Concert at BCHS
- 6th grade performs at 6:30 pm
- 7th & 8th grade performs at 7:30 pm
- May 29th – No school
- Upcoming Field Trips: Please note – Chaperones going on field trips must have a background check on file for the 2016/2017 school. Previous background checks are not valid. A new background check needs to be completed every school year. Last day to turn in background checks is June 1st. No exceptions, they will not be taken after that date.
- 8th grade – Mackinac Island paperwork and money is due to Mrs. Maclachlan by Thursday, May 18th.
- 6th grade – Greenfield Village paperwork and money is due to Mrs. Willsie by Tuesday, May 16th.
- June 9th – 8th grade Mackinac Island Field Trip
- June 12th – 8th grade recognition at BCHS. Ceremony starts at 6:30 pm.
- June 14th – 6th grade Greenfield Village Field Trip
- June 15th – Last day of School!
