- Hey everyone! If you’re planning to go to the homecoming dance, you’d better buy your tickets now! Ticket sales are going on during lunches through Thursday, September 28th. Remember–you cannot buy your tickets at the dance! Also…have your guest form ready if you’re bringing someone from another school.
- SPIRIT DAYS! Tomorrow, get ready to go way, way back for Decades Day! Wear your favorites from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s & 90’s! On Wednesday… be ready to run until you just don’t feel like running anymore. It’s Forrest Gump day on Wednesday! Sport your favorite running clothes. However, these still need to be school appropriate. On Thursday… have fun casting all your favorite spells because it is Harry Potter Day!!! Rounding out our 2017 Homecoming Spirit Week will be BLACK & GOLD DAY! Show your school spirit throughout this week and your class could win the prize!
- College Night is tomorrow at Northwood University’s Hach Center from 6 – 7:30pm. Representatives from more than 70 colleges and universities will be there. This is an incredible opportunity for students and parents to walk around and learn about different colleges.
- Hey Creekers, want to participate in a walk to end hunger? If so, join NHS in fundraising for the Midland Crop Walk, which takes place on Sunday, October 1st. You can join our team by going to www.cropwalk.org/midlandmi/ and register yourself, then search “Creekers” to become a part! - Attention Homecoming Court! Practice for halftime is this Thursday. Meet in the cafeteria right after school.
- Attention Lancers! We have the winners for this year’s hallway decorating contest! Coming in 4th place are the Freshmen and The Lion King! In 3rd place, the Sophomores and Grease; in 2nd place are the Seniors and Harry Potter, and the winners are the Juniors and Forrest Gump! Congratulations, Juniors! Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday night and participated!
