Any senior interested in singing at Graduation, auditions are Tuesday, May 8th at 2:50 in the Auditorium. You must have your music (NO WORDS) with you at the time of auditions. NO EXCEPTIONS! You must be performance ready. See Mrs. Brown or Ms. Rinn TODAY to sign up.
Seniors, check out the “Countdown” bulletin board in the senior hall for important information about graduation. Please make plans to attend the All-Night Party and to purchase presentation flowers and graduation pictures.
Interested in Aviation? Ever considered being a pilot as a career? Then the Midland Barstow Aviation Camp is for you! All students going into 10th through 12th grade in the fall are invited to attend Aviation Camp at the Midland Jack Barstow Airport June 18-22. Aviation Camp offers an introduction to the aviation and space work through hands on activities, demonstrations, career speakers, meeting pilots and a field trip the MBS Airport and control tower. More information is available in the Counseling Center.
Delta College will be holding a Camp Health & Wellness event on June 19-21 from 9am-3pm each day. This camp will introduce students to the various health related careers within the Health Sciences Career Pathway. Campers will attend hands-on sessions led by local health professionals, college and career center instructors. In addition, they will receive an introduction to adult CPR training, learn about employability skills and have the opportunity to observe a trauma simulation. There are flyers in the Counseling Center with more information.
