Dear BCMS Families,
We have another layer of security that was installed in the building yesterday. Our new buzz-in system is now operational and in use.
BCMS Buzz-in procedure:
Guests that would like to visit the building during school hours will find they need to press the ‘ringing bell’ button on the camera/keypad next to the interior office door. The secretary will greet our guest with the following message…”Welcome to Bullock Creek Middle School, what is the reason for your visit today?” Once the visitor is cleared to enter the building, there will be a 2-second delay and the door will unlock and can be pushed open.
Thank you for being patient with our newest security measure. This is intended to be another way to keep our students and staff safe while in the building.
