Tonight is the night…wear your pink to the football game to support those who won or lost their battle with breast cancer and for those who are still fighting the battle.
October is Michigan College Month and we’re playing College Survivor. Go to the Counseling Office to begin the challenge and you could win a free full size candy bar!
Are you interested in playing a winter sport? The Winter Sport meetings are Wednesday October 24th. You must sign up to be able to attend these meetings. The sign up sheets are on Mrs. Huntoon’s desk, in the main office.
Senior athletes, listen up for this scholarship opportunity. The MHSAA offers a Scholar-Athlete Award for senior athletes who play a varsity sport and have at least a 3.5 GPA. Stop by and see Mrs. Brown or Mr. Badour for more information.
The Mid-Michigan Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers is offering a scholarship for Michigan Tech’s Summer Youth Program to promote the education of potential future engineers. This scholarship will be awarded to a 9th-11th grade student. You can pick up a flyer in the Lancer Lounge for more information.
Are you interested in aviation and careers related to aviation? Bay Flight Training will host an exploration of the many careers in aviation as well as an opportunity to learn about aerodynamics, weather, pre-flighting an airplane and drone piloting. Stop by the Lancer Lounge to pick up a flyer.
