If you are wondering if you can do anything extra to help out for the holidays, continue to bring in
those non-perishable food items. There are so many families in our community that need a little
something extra this time of year. And…don’t forget about the ABC12 Spirit Cup! We want BCMS
to be the FIRST EVER Midland County School to WIN!! - December 24th – First day of Winter Break. Classes resume on January 3, 2019.
- The next school dance will be in January. More information to come!
- Bowling! Ithaca High School and Bullock Creek High School coaches are joining together to form a bowling conference for grades 6, 7, 8 to introduce them to the high school bowling format. The league will be held at bowling centers in Mid-Michigan starting January 5, 2019, and running through the end of February 2019. This is open to boys and girls in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Sign-up sheets are in the office at BCMS.
- Boys Basketball! Basketball sign up sheets are in the office for 7th & 8th grade boys who are interested in playing basketball. A sports physical must be on file in the office before practice starts in January.
- *Please note! As of today, there will not be an 8th grade team for boys basketball if more boys don’t sign up. For 7th grade, there will only be one team if more boys don’t sign up. Please encourage your student to sign up today!
- Attention 6th grade students: 6th grade will have a fun day at Midland Community Center on Thursday, December 20th. Students will leave BCMS at 11:00 am and return to school at 2:00 pm.
