Do you like Olive Garden and have spare change in your pocket? Well it’s your lucky day (or should we say two weeks)! The pennies for pasta fundraiser has restarted. This fundraiser is a money drive that will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society to help fund cancer research. The 6th hour with the highest percent of money per person will win an Olive Garden pasta party. The school goal is to raise $800. Don’t worry if you don’t have money today because the fundraiser will be happening for two weeks and will end Thursday, February 14th.
The perfect Valentine gift can be bought right here at BCHS during your lunch hour Tuesday and Wednesday. Buy a flower for $1.00 for your BFF, Crush, Favorite teacher, or your Sweetheart. Flowers will be delivered 6th hour on February 14th.
Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. is the Bullock Creek Talent Show. Come on out to show your support for your classmates- admission is $5.
The Delta College Accuplacer test will be held @ BCHS on March 5th. Please go to the Counseling Office if you would like to sign up to take the test.
Seniors, the Michigan FAFSA deadline is less than three weeks away. We are currently at 47% FAFSA completion. If our school reaches 60% FAFSA completion, every senior who filed the FAFSA will win a pair of earbud headphones!
Sophomores and Juniors, get a head start on planning for college. Come to the Great Lakes Bay Region College Night on Tuesday March 12th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at SVSU. Over 40 colleges and universities will be there and the event is free.
