Dear BCMS Families,
I have a few important pieces of information to share…
1. Student Council will be hosting a dance fundraiser for Deacon Orlowski.
Date: Saturday, May 11, 2019
Time: 2-4:30 pm.
Place: BCMS
Price: $8 per ticket. Tickets will be sold prior to the event. The ticket price includes admission, refreshments and a photo booth.
Important Info: Only BCMS students will be allowed to attend the event. This is a semi-formal event which means that sweats and jeans are not permitted. Dresses need to follow the length requirement outlined in the student handbook. For this event, sleeveless dresses are allowed. No strapless dresses. Collared shirts and dress pants are acceptable options for this event.
2. PSAT – 8th grade students will be tested on Tuesday, April 9th. Testing will begin promptly at 7:45, students arriving after that time will not be allowed in the room and will complete a makeup test on another date. It’s important for students to do their best work. Getting adequate sleep and a good breakfast is an essential part of prepping a student to do their best. Attendance on that day is very important and we look forward to seeing everyone at school.
3. The Legacy Center is conducting a parent survey. Please see the attached letter for additional survey details. I encourage everyone to take a few minutes and complete the survey. Below is the link.
4. BCMS Dance on Thursday, April 11th 2:30-4:00. Please pick your student up at 4:00. Parents are welcome to use both the north and south drives to help alleviate congestion.
5. April 18th ½ day for students. BCMS dismissal at 10:30am. No lunches served.
6. April 19th – NO SCHOOL
