TCG CLUB is cancelled after school today.
Decision Day is approaching! Decision Day is a celebration of our seniors who have made the decision to continue their education after high school. We will be celebrating Decision Day next Friday, May 3rd. Seniors, please stop by the Lancer Lounge and check the Decision Day list to make sure you are signed up to participate, you don’t want to miss it!
Seniors, want to win some cool college swag? Drop off a copy of your college acceptance letter to the box in the Lancer Lounge this week.
Any senior interesting in singing at graduation, tryouts are May 9th after school. You must be signed up by May 6th to tryout. Please see Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Rinn if you are interested.
Vaping among teens has risen to epidemic levels. Student Council is sponsoring the “Get Your Head Out of the Clouds” campaign for the next several weeks to provide facts about e-cigarettes and vaping. Many users believe e-cigarettes/vapes are nicotine-free, but all small vape pod cartridges contain nicotine. Until recently, e-cigarette makers didn’t have to tell you if their products contained nicotine. However, new regulations require warning labels that say: “Warning: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.”
