Pine River Elementary Families,
Attached is a copy of the Sharing Tree Program form offered to Midland County families. The deadline to turn in the Sharing Tree forms to the school is October 2, 2019. Late forms will not be accepted.
Please fill out and return the forms grouped as a family packet. Do not return individual forms to different buildings. For example: If you have two students that attend Pine River and one student that attends Bullock Creek Middle School, you would return all three forms together at either Pine River Elementary or Bullock Creek Middle School.
