- Looking ahead into October
- October 2 – Michigan State Count Day
- October 3 – BCMS Curriculum Night! 4:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Parents will have the opportunity to go to their child’s class, spend 7 minutes learning the expectations, then visit the next class when the bell rings. This gives parents insight as to what their child’s day is like. Teachers will be available in their classrooms for 15 minutes after the program has ended to answer any curriculum-related questions you may have.
- October 3 – First Middle School Dance! The dance is right after school and ends at 4:00 p.m. The cost is $3.00 to enter. There will be pop and pizza for sale. Pop is 50 cents and cup and pizza is $1.50 a slice. Please make sure your ride is here to pick you up at 4:00 p.m.
- October 11 – Half Day! BCMS Dismisses at 10:30 a.m.
- October 24 – Parent/Teacher Conferences: 4 – 7:30 p.m.
- October 29 – Parent/Teacher Conferences: 3 – 6:30 p.m.
