Attention Lancers – If you are interested in participating in this year’s Talent Show, we will have an informational meeting after school today in the auditorium.. If you cannot attend the meeting please see Ms. Doud in room 7B.
In February, a team of artists from our school will be competing in a contest by building a sculpture out of food boxes and cans! The contest will occur at the Midland Mall, but before then we are doing a Canned Food Drive here at the school! We are collecting food now through January 31st. Please bring donations to the Art room at anytime. We will update when the contest is approaching so you can go and see the sculpture your team has competed with. All food will be donated to the Midland County Emergency Food Pantry Network. Thank you for your support!
Seniors, are you working on your Midland Area Community Foundation scholarships? As an added incentive, you can get your name in a $100 Amazon Gift Card drawing if you have everything submitted by February 1st.
Attention Seniors – Don’t forget to file your FAFSA! Only two more weeks until the competition between the English 12 classes ends. If you aren’t sure where your class stands, check the bulletin board in D-wing. Need help with FAFSA? Ask a friend who’s completed it for help. Need more help? Set up a meeting or email Ms. Gross today! Her office is in the Counseling Center – just stop by between classes!
