Curriculum
Ensuring quality academic and learning experiences that prepare students for the future
- Create individualized paths to learning that allow all students to reach their full potential
- Provide students and teachers with up-to- date tools/supports/ resources to enhance learning
- Ensure consistency in curriculum and educational quality
- Implement professional development opportunities
Communication
Providing unified and cohesive messaging and communications to all stakeholders
- Develop a communication strategy to communicate consistently and clearly, both internally and externally
- Develop and communicate a consistent discipline policy
- Implement initiatives to enhance school spirit and morale
- Leverage and broadcast niche programs in the school district
- Develop and implement a grant process to coordinate requests and funding
Well-Being
Fostering a safe and caring environment that allows all students and sta to thrive
- Integrate Social Emotional Learning into all schools/classes
- Develop programs to fully identify and address bullying
- Implement training and procedures that maintain a high level of safety within the school district
- Ensure resources are available to care for those who require emotional support
- Nurture an environment of mental health awareness and wellness for sta
- Create and implement an inclusion and diversity strategy that welcomes all students
Infrastructure Improvements
Creating a sustainable infrastructure that supports current and future growth opportunities
- Facilitate infrastructure/ building upgrades
- Update district technology plan
- Continue to improve the safety and security of the district
