Hey Seniors if you’ve applied to Delta and need to take the Accuplacer Test, Ms. Gross has sent you an email on what to do next. Don’t forget you can not register for classes until this test is completed. If you have questions, set up a meeting with Ms. Gross ASAP.
Attention Seniors – The FAFSA deadline is in two weeks! If you need extra help, meet with Ms. Gross in the MacLab during lunches on Friday, or in the Counseling Office throughout the week. Everyone who completes the FAFSA by March 1st will be entered in a drawing to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
Seniors – Scholarships were recently updated. Check out the many opportunities on the BC website or on the bulletin boards in D-Wing or the Lancer Lounge. Remember, the Midland Area Community Foundation scholarship deadline is March 1st.
Attention Spring Sport Athletes – Sign up sheets are on Mrs. Huntoon’s desk in the main office. Sign up now, meetings will be next Wednesday, February 26th.

Most speed related crashes happen in good weather and on country roads. Teenage boys are much more likely to speed than teenage girls. Driving too fast increases your risk of injury, rather than having a fender-bender. Speeding increases the stopping distance required to avoid a collision AND it reduces the amount of time a driver needs to avoid a collision. It also increases the likelihood that the crash will result in injury. Remember to slow down, and drive safely!
