Dear BCMS Families,
Thank you to all the families that were able to attend conferences last night. We appreciate getting the opportunity to meet with all of you. I hope to see everyone else at our next conference night (Tuesday, February 25th 3:00-6:30)
1. Our school is taking part in the Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth Survey supported by the Michigan Department of Education. The research survey will ask about the health behaviors of 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students. The survey will ask about behavior and attitude related to nutrition, physical activity, injuries, tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use. The survey will be administered to our 7th graders on March 12, 2020. Students will be bringing home a form with more information regarding this survey. Should you not want your child to participate in this survey, there will be a form for you to sign and return to have them exempted from participation.
2. Next week the BCMS Drama club is performing their play at the BCHS auditorium. Please see attached flyer for details.
3. Spring break: March 27th through April 5th. Students will return to school on Monday, April 6th.
