Dear Parents and Guardians,
This is a reminder that the District is offering to loan computers to students during our closure period.
Up to one device per student may be picked up from our High School from 11AM to 1PM on Tue 4/14/20, Wed 4/15/20 and Thur 4/16/20. This is the same time frame as our food pickup.
Appointments can be made for Friday 4/17/20 from 8AM to 8PM by responding to this email.
Those that have already requested delivery should receive the devices by end of day on Wednesday.
There is no cost to the student/family.
Each student in a family is eligible. Students may share or have their own device.
Use of the device is not mandatory, nor is it required for a student to have access to technology.
These devices require wireless internet to function and so your home will need to have internet and wifi for the device to be of value. Alternatively, wifi is available in our school parking lots and can be accessed while remaining in your vehicle.
The District is unable to provide wireless internet at your home.
Repairs and/or damage are covered by the District, however the District may not be able to replace the device during this period.
The devices will be returned to the District by a date yet to be determined.
The District has put forth best efforts to ensure online content is filtered appropriately.
This message will also be sent by phone call in the evening of 4/14/20. We apologize in advance if you receive multiple copies.
