Attention juniors and seniors – If you are interested in a career in cosmetology, a representative from Aveda will be conducting a virtual visit on Tuesday, October 6th at 9:00 am.
A representative from Alma College will have a virtual visit on Wednesday, October 7th at 10:15 am. Sign up in the counseling office if you would like to attend either meeting.
Seniors interested in nursing – Davenport will be holding virtual nursing information sessions on Oct. 6th 12:30-1:30 pm, Oct. 8th 6-7 pm, and Oct. 27th 6-7 pm. Attend one of these sessions to learn about the nursing program, scholarship, and tips on how to apply. For more information there are flyers in the counseling office or feel free to email Mrs. Brown or Ms. Gross.
Midland and Saginaw Home Builders Association have joined together to participate in the Fall Parade of Homes this weekend and next weekend, October 2nd-4th and October 9th-12th. Last year’s Building Trades Program home, located at 921 Crooked Tree Lane, and the current house located at 341 Shale Court are both on display. Last year’s home is a virtual tour you can enjoy by logging on to
hba-parade.com and clicking tours. We are houses number 14 and 15. You can also drive to each home and tour all the brand new homes if you so desire! In-person tours are October 3rd, 4th, 7th, 10th and 11th. Visit ha-parade.com/tour/ for tour times.
