NOTICE REGARDING HAZARD PAY
The Administration Office is working on finalizing the paperwork for the hazard pay program being offered by the Michigan Department of Treasury. All qualified employees will receive Form 5734 from their supervisor by the end of the day on Monday, November 9th. If you feel that you qualify and did not receive Form 5734 please contact the Administration Office.
