Hey Lancers, it’s time to be kind. Next Wednesday is Random Acts of Kindness Day. So in celebration of this, Creekers for a Cause has planned a week of fun things.
Monday-Time to Wake Up Day. Wear your pajamas or comfy clothes to school and enjoy some free hot cocoa and donuts when you walk in.
Tuesday-Time to Shine Day. Wear yellow to support Mrs.Bredt, a teacher at Bullock Creek Elementary, with her battle with cancer.
Wednesday-Time to be Kind. Wear your purple and orange to show your kindness.
Thursday– Time to Represent Day. Wear your favorite sports team apparel
Friday-Time to Stay Warm Day. Wear your favorite flannel so you can stay nice and warm.
Lancers, this coming week Creekers for a Cause will be hosting a coin drive in your 6th hour. The money earned will go towards Mrs. Bredt as she battles cancer. If your class brings in the most money, you will win a COVID-friendly pizza party. It’s time to be kind and come together to support one of our fellow Lancers.
Seniors! The deadline for the Midland Community Foundation Scholarships is February 15th at 5 pm. You need to have completed your FAFSA to apply. If you plan on applying you need to start today. Visit Ms. Gross in the Counseling Center or email her if you have any questions or need help.
LUNCH MONDAY – Regular or spicy chicken patty on a bun, vegetable and fruit.
