Listen up athletes – Spring Sports sign up sheets will be on Mrs. Huntoon’s desk in the Main Office. Please sign up if you are planning on playing a spring sport.
Hey Seniors – The Army National Guard will be conducting a virtual visit on Monday, March 8th at 9:00 am. If you would like to see what they have to offer, please sign up in the Counseling Office to attend the meeting.
Corteva is sponsoring a webinar for International Women’s Day. The Webinar can be viewed at the school or from home. It will be held on Monday, March 8th from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Listen to women in Manufacturing, Research & Development and Engineering share what inspired them to have a career in science. They will also talk about what their career path has been and then have a time for Q&A. They will also be bringing some cool swag! Sign up in the Main Office to view the webinar, social distanced, in our auditorium. Students wishing to view it at home, please email Mrs. Mikusko to obtain the link.
NHS will be sponsoring a Blood Drive on Friday, March 19th. It will be held at the Dow Diamond Donor Center from 3 – 8 pm. Schedule your appointment at verist.org/MI today.
Last night the boys and girls varsity bowling teams bowled against Nouvel. The Creek boys won 21.5 to 8.5 and the Creek girls team won 18-12. It was a close match in the beginning for the girls, but in the end they came through with another victory.
The band students are competing in the solo and ensemble festival this week. They will be recording their performances and sending them to be judged at a statewide level on solos, duets, trios, and large instrumental choirs. Good luck band!
