Attention Student Council members – We have a meeting tomorrow morning at 7:00 am in Mrs. DuBois’ room. Please be on time, this is the last meeting before all Homecoming activities begin.
Tickets for the Homecoming Dance are now available for purchase during all three lunches. The last day will be this Thursday, September 23rd (no tickets will be sold after 3rd lunch that day). The cost is $12 for one ticket, or two tickets for $20. Be sure to bring your guest form with you when you’re buying your tickets if you’re bringing a date from another school. Payments can be either cash or checks made out to ‘Bullock Creek High School.’
Seniors – Friday, September 24th is the deadline to order your Class of 2022 t-shirts and hooded sweatshirts. See Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Hoefer if you need a new order form.
This Saturday, Central Michigan University is hosting ‘CMU and You Day’. Students of any grade can attend this FREE event. You will get to tour CMU’s campus, interact with their staff and students, and explore the programs they offer. This also includes a free lunch and tickets to the football game against Florida International University. For more information or to register for this event, check out one of the flyers posted in the counseling center, D-Wing, or the main office.
Are you interested in learning to fly a plane and have a career in aviation? You can learn about career and training paths at the Aviation College and Career Day! This is an open-house format, so you can go to Midland Barstow Airport anytime on Sunday, September 26th between 1 and 6pm.
Hey Juniors and Seniors – listen up. Next week we will have representatives from four colleges visiting. SVSU will be here on Monday, Sept. 27th at 10:15, Delta will be here on Tuesday, Sept. 28th at 12:45, U of M – Flint will be here on Wednesday, Sept. 29th at 12:45, and CMU will be here on Thursday, Sept. 30th at 1:30 pm. If you would like to meet with any of these reps, please sign up in the Counseling Office.
Homecoming is this weekend and you know what that means, SPIRIT DAYS! This year our theme is SPACE!
Be prepared to take flight with all your might tomorrow for Aliens vs. Astronauts. Underclassmen are Aliens and upperclassmen are Astronauts.
Are you ready to make your way home? Get aboard with NASA on Thursday by wearing red, white, blue, or your favorite NASA gear.
Finally we have landed back in Lancer Country! Friday is black & gold day!!.
Let’s make this year’s Homecoming OUT OF THIS WORLD!
Remember – if you are interested in having a salad for lunch, you need to fill out an order form first thing in the morning! They are located on the white board in the cafeteria.
