Week two is under way. We have many exciting things happening this week.
On Thursday September 13th from 2:30-4:00pm we will be having a school dance. Following the dance from 4:00-5:30pm we will be hosting our annual Welcome Back Barbecue. When you come to pick up your Student(s), stop in to meet teachers and enjoy a hot dog.
On Friday September 14th, the 7th grade students and 6th grade teachers will be traveling to Greenfield Village. 7th grade teachers will be covering the curriculum on Friday for the 6th grade classes. This is a rescheduled trip that was canceled at the end of last year.
Picture day is October 2nd
7th and 8th grade girls basketball first game will be on Monday September 17th.
Student drop off in the morning. I know it is very crowded as you are dropping off you student in the morning. In order to speed up this process, please have your child ready as you pull up to the drop off zone. Busses will stop at the drop off zone to wait for student(s) crossing. If you are able to drop off earlier than 7:25, this will help thin out the number of students arriving all at the same time. Please do not move into the bus lane as it does hold up late bus arrivals. Students can enter the building as early as 7:00am. Thank you all for your patience as we streamline this process.
If you know someone interested in becoming a substitute bus driver, Bullock Creek Public Schools is in need of a few additional drivers. For more information, please contact Julie Neuenfeldt at 631-9022.
Attached is a flyer for the Sports Boosters Homecoming and 50th Anniversary T-Shirt Sale. Students will be bringing home information this week as well. Orders must be turned in by this Friday.
Have a great week!
Mr. Hale
