Chippewa Nature Center is looking for teen volunteers to help with Nature Day Camp. Each volunteer Counselor in Training (CIT) is paired with a staff member and assigned a group of 10 campers for the week. CITs receive a t-shirt, coaching on leadership and working with kids from their counselor, experience in a work-like environment, and over 60 volunteer hours. Applications are due by April 12 and can be picked up in the Career Center.
The Bullock Creek soccer teams will be taking orders for 10″ hanging plant baskets just in time for Mother’s Day. Please see any member of the soccer teams or check out the flier in the main office for more information. Orders must be placed by Wednesday, March 27.
