Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 6th, for the Field Day/Picnic Day events. The approximate schedule for the day is:
9:15 a.m. – 9:55 a.m. Awards in individual classrooms. This time is approximate – please look for further information from your child’s teacher.
10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Field Day Events
11:45 – 1:00 p.m. Family Picnic. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend all of the activities.
3rd grade students – please bring in a box of fruit snacks by Monday, June 3 for the picnic.
4th grade students – students with last names A-M, please bring in a box of granola bars; students with last names N-Z please bring in cheese sticks by Monday, June 3 for the picnic.
5th grade students- students with last names A-M, please bring in a package of cookies; students with last names N-Z please bring in a box of snack bags by Monday, June 3 for the picnic.
In case of inclement weather, the Field Day portion will be CANCELLED. The Awards in the classroom and the picnic portion will go on as planned – we’ll eat in classrooms/hallways, etc. (times may be adjusted).
Also, the last day of school for students will be Friday, June 7. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 and a sack lunch will be served (for those interested in purchasing a lunch).
