Attention 8th graders: Next Wed, Feb 5th, you will be attending Freshmen Orientation at the high school in the afternoon. You will finish your school day out at the high school and will not be returning to the middle school. You will board the busses from the high school. Anyone that needs to be picked up, will have to make arrangements with their parents to pick them up at the high school.
This week, we celebrate the Week of Nonviolence as a school. Please show your school spirit and join us in our efforts by celebrating nonviolence and our stance against bullying.
Todays Bullying Facts & Statistics: It is estimated that 160,000 children miss school every day due to fear of attack or intimidation by other students. American schools harbor approximately 2.1 million bullies and 2.7 million of their victims.
On Tuesday Mr. Adamcik’s class will be selling Cotton Candy and will take orders during lunch and deliver the Cotton Candy during your AC Class.
On Thursday popcorn on sale during lunch for $1 or add cheese for $1.25.
Softball tryouts for 6th, 7th and 8th graders will be held today from 6-7 pm in the bat barn at the High School
Next Dance on Thursday Feb 13. right after school at 2:30. It costs $2 to get into the dance. Refreshments sold in the cafeteria.
Lunch tomorrow: Chicken Patty on a Bun or Cheese Sticks with Sause, carrots, cauliflower bites, green beans, fresh fruit and milk.
