6th Grade Field Trip to GREENFIELD VILLAGE HAS CHANGED TO THURSDAY, JUNE 5TH (instead of Tuesday, June 3rd).

 

Yesterday the Bullock Creek Track and Field Team finished their season at the Shepherd MEGASTAR Meet. Nine athletes qualified for the meet and most performed season bests. Our medal finishers included Brennan Mudd, 5th place in the 3200m run with an improved school record time of 11:19.31, and Nathan Tomalia, 6th place in the 100m dash, The 4x100m Relay team consisting of Nathan Tomalia, Gaeb Griese, Ryan Ososki, and Blake Jacobs tied the school record with a time of 52.68. Thatcher Trudell improved his school record in the 800m run with a time of 2:26.99. Kaylee Meissner, Sam Chew, and Dakota Mack also competed at the meet and did very well! Great job Lancers!        Don’t forget about the Track and Field Banquet tonight at 5 pm in the Middle School Cafeteria! You cannot stay after school. You will need to leave school and return for the banquet. And you need to dress up! No jeans!

 

Summer School letters are in the mail and Summer School dates June 23rd-July 17th.

 

BC Youth Football registration is Sunday, June 1st from 3-6PM at the High School Youth Football Shed next to the Football Field.

 

Monday, June 2nd all students will be going to the High School Auditiorium for an assembly.  There will not be any busses coming back to the Middle School, if you are a pick up, please let parents know that you will be at the High School.

 

Please stop by the office for your Lost & Found items.

 

Students interested in 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th Grade Volleyball, 6th Grade Boys & Girls Summer Basketball, Free Bowling Pass, Basketball Camp, Cross Country or Grace A Dow Library Volunteers, please stop in the office for information and sign up.

 

Last day of School is Friday, June 6th and you will be released at 11:00 am.

 

Please remember all lunch fees and library fees are due now.  If you’re not sure how much you owe, please check in the Library or Cafeteria at lunch tomorrow.

 

Lunch tomorrow: Bosco Sticks with Marinara Sauce or Cheeseburger, Carrot Sticks & Red Pepper Slices, Mandarin Oranges, Corn, Fresh Fruit, and Milk.

 

Upcoming Information:  Monday, June 2nd All students go to the High School for an Assembly and will leave from the High School (no pick up at the Middle School); 8th Grade Recognition Tuesday Evening, June 3rd; 8th Grade Mackinaw Island Fieldtrip on Wednesday, June 4th; 6th Grade Greenfield Village Fieldtrip on Thursday, June 5th; and Last day of School Friday, June 6th.
