IT IS TIME AGAIN FOR THE
BULLOCK CREEK SPORTS PHYSICAL NIGHT
WHERE: Bullock Creek High School Gym
WHEN: Monday July 20, 2015
and Wednesday, July 22, 2015
5:00 – 8:00 p.m. both days
COST: $10.00 (make checks payable to BCHS)
- All student athletes planning on playing sports at Bullock Creek must have a sports physical prior to the first practice of the sport.
- MHSAA regulations state – all sports physicals for the 2015-16 school year must be on or after April 15, 2015. All other sports physicals before that date are not valid.
- If you have eyeglasses or contacts, please wear them for the eye exam.
- Physical cards must be filled out and signed by a parent prior to the athlete receiving the exam. Cards are available in the high school office.
- Anyone with a known heart defect, or murmur, should not have their sports physicals during this time. Those individuals should see their own physician for their sports physical.

Wednesday, July 22, there will a Blood Drive at Bullock Creek High School sponsored by the Athletic Department. The Bullock Creek Athletic department will earn $10 for every person who attempts to donate if we meet our drive goal.
