Hey Students!! Would you like a quiet place to work on your homework after school? Do you have a test you need to make up? Maybe you need some help with your homework? If so, please join us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after school from 2:50 – 4:05 in Mrs Sawicki’s room – 6D. There are two teachers available to help. You will have to provide your own transportation home, so please make necessary arrangements.
Lawrence Technical University and Baldwin Wallace University will be visiting our school next week. A representative from Lawrence Tech will be here on Tuesday, September 17 at 1:00 p.m. and a representative from Baldwin Wallace University will be here on Wednesday, September 18 at 12:30 p.m. If you are interested in meeting with either of them, please sign up on the sheet in the counseling office.
Oh man, were you sad when everyone was picking up their yearbooks at registration and you realized you had forgotten to order one?? You are in luck because there are 30 yearbooks still available for purchase! The cost is $60 and they can be purchased in the media center with a check or cash. On that same subject, don’t forget to order your 2020 yearbook NOW for $55 before the price goes up!
Hey Lancers!! If you have been elected to the homecoming court, please get your surveys or questionnaires in to Ms. DuBois’–room 8B–by the end of the day TOMORROW – don’t forget!!
Hey Lancers! Homecoming season is back and what better way to kick it off then the Powderpuff Game?? Sign up is in the office: $1 to play and $2 to watch unless you buy one of our super cool t-shirts! “What t-shirts?” you ask?! Powderpuff t-shirts, of course!! T-shirts will be sold next week at lunches and at the game for $12. This $12 not only gets you a cool t-shirt, but also admission into the game if you wear your t-shirt. The class with the most people in attendance at the Powderpuff Game, will win points towards the spirit competition! Players and coaches need to sign permission slips and give them to Ms. Rinn, Ms. Dubois, or Erin Kisser!! Sign up will end on Thursday.
Homecoming tickets and powderpuff shirts will begin selling Wednesday(tomorrow)!!! Tickets are $12 a person or $20 a couple. T-shirts are $12 for powderpuff!!
Homecoming is drawing nearer and so are the spirit days! Time to get your outfits ready for next week. Murica Monday is kicking off the week! Dress in your 4th of July gear. Trick or Treat Tuesday is next. Seniors are darkness black, Juniors are blood red, Sophomores are witchy purple, freshman are pumpkin orange, and staff is goblin green. Wednesday is Christmas in September. Wear your Christmas gear and show the holiday spirit! Thursday is dress to impress day. Impress your valentine, with your best clothes. Friday is annual black and gold day!! Time to start preparing your outfits and get in the spirit!
