Much has been made recently regarding the State of Michigan’s adoption of the Common Core Curriculum and its impact on our students. I have included in this post the most recent policy brief that the Michigan Association of School Administrators has developed regarding the Common Core Curriculum. I believe this brief, which is supported by several educational organizations, gives a very sound explanation of and the need for this initiative.
